Trio in A for Violin, Violoncello, and Piano, Op. 18 (1983; 2020)

This Trio was commissioned in 1983 by the Nebraska Music Teachers Association. They didn't get their money's worth. Concision good, ellipticality bad; most of the music simply wasn't there. It was added back when the Trio was very substantially revised in 2020, expanding the outer movements and adding an entirely new slow movement (to replace an utterly pointless slow introduction to the finale).
